House Rules & Policies

Kitchen must be returned to its original clean condition. 

Please do not move any furniture except chairs; chairs must be returned to their original location.

Horse pasture and neighboring subdivision are off-limits. 

No smoking inside the house or on the decks and porches. 

No more than 12 vehicles on premise. Do not park on the grass.
